Qualifications
- Proven experience in property leasing or asset management, including landlord and sub-tenancy environments
- Experience managing multi-site or state-based portfolios (QLD/NT highly regarded)
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory) with current licensing requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financials and leasing metrics
- High attention to detail with strong contract administration and systems capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive performance outcomes
