Qualifications
- Experience in employee relations or workplace relations, or HR, ideally within a large, operational or multi-site environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and/or enterprise agreements.
- Experience supporting performance, conduct, workplace conflict and employee relations matters.
- The ability to interpret employment conditions and provide clear, practical advice to leaders.
- Strong written skills with the ability to prepare accurate and professional workplace documentation.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing a variety of matters at the same time.
- A collaborative, responsive and solutions-focused approach.
- Sound judgement and the ability to recognise when a matter requires escalation
