Leasing Advisor

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections.
• List and market properties across various real estate portals and social media platforms.
• Provide clients with market insights, property valuations, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Coordinate with property owners, clients, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and property listings in the company's CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and RERA regulations.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing real estate sales or leasing is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with a strong interest in sales and real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred but not required.
