Role Overview
Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team that plans, builds and operates the datacenter infrastructure that powers Microsoft’s global cloud services.
CO+I delivers the secure, resilient and scalable infrastructure that enables customers, partners and businesses around the world to rely on Microsoft’s cloud platforms every day.
Within CO+I, Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) leads the delivery of leased datacenter capacity.
ILD brings together programme management, engineering, construction management, commissioning, safety, commercial governance, project controls and operational readiness to deliver capacity safely, predictably and at scale.
The Lease Delivery Program Manager (LDPM) is Microsoft’s accountable programme leader for leased datacenter delivery.
This role leads complex, multi-disciplinary data centre construction and fit out programmes from lease execution through Ready for Service, Ready for Network Install, fit-out completion and turnover to Operations.
The LDPM creates one integrated delivery view across lease providers, Microsoft stakeholders and delivery partners, ensuring clear priorities, disciplined governance, proactive risk management and aligned decision-making.

Background Check Requirements

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
