Role overview

Responsibilities

• Abstract and input lease data, including financial terms, critical dates, and obligations; maintain organized lease records.
• Review tenant charges against lease terms and work with accounting on accounts receivable and rent collection follow-up.
• Track lease requirements, expirations, options, and critical dates; flag important events proactively.
• Generate rent rolls, critical-date tracking, occupancy reports, and other standard reports.
• Perform lease data quality checks and support account onboarding, transitions, validation, and issue resolution.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve routine and moderately complex issues.
• Respond professionally to lease-related questions from internal stakeholders and tenants; follow team processes and timelines.
