Learning & Quality Assistant Manager

Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead execution of the hotel's learning and development strategy.
• Coordinate onboarding, departmental training, and mandatory compliance programs.
• Support development opportunities and career growth planning for colleagues.
• Monitor training completion and maintain accurate learning records.
• Conduct quality audits and support brand standards compliance.
• Track guest feedback, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Help departments implement service excellence programs and continuous improvement plans.
• Support preparation for brand audits, quality assessments, and guest satisfaction reviews.
• Promote engagement, learning, and continuous improvement across the hotel.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or Human Resources experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and quality management practices.
• Learning management system and training administration experience is an advantage.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
