Learning Experience Coordinator

Role Purpose

Training Design and Facilitation

• Design blended-learning trainings for internal teams, educators, and Master Trainers.
• Facilitate or support Training of Trainers, trainings, webinars, review meetings, and cascade-training spaces.
• Develop training content, resources, and facilitation plans aligned with programme objectives.
• Mentor Master Trainers and state teams through feedback and implementation support.
• Coordinate communities of practice, virtual learning spaces, webinars, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Promote consistent training resources, facilitation practices, and learning processes across states.

Training Planning and Review

• Manage annual and quarterly training calendars with state teams.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, facilitators, participant communication, and training readiness.
• Identify implementation challenges and coordinate timely support and resolution.
• Coordinate with EdTech and cross-functional teams on digital learning rollout.
• Analyse implementation and monitoring data and provide feedback to strengthen training quality.
• Establish support and learning touchpoints with State LE SPOCs and facilitate cross-state learning.

Implementation and Stakeholder Coordination

• Ensure quality programme implementation and delivery of the educator recognition strategy across states.
• Conduct field visits to monitor implementation and gather feedback from educators and state teams.
• Track participation and implementation progress using dashboards and monitoring data.
• Build State LE SPOC capacity to plan, coordinate, monitor, and improve initiatives independently.
• Coordinate regularly with state teams, Product, and Monitoring and Evaluation teams.
• Document implementation experiences, success stories, trends, support needs, and recommendations.

Required Experience and Skills

• 4–5 years of experience designing and facilitating trainings, preferably in government school systems.
• Experience with Master Trainer, Training of Trainers, or cascade-based capacity-building models.
• Experience in Computational Thinking, Coding/STEM, and Life and Career Skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach educators and colleagues, use data for decisions, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel for trainings and field visits.
• EdTech programme experience is an advantage.

Salary

• Pay band starts at Rs. 60,000 per month, cost to company.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
