What you'll be doing

The Learning & Development (L&D) Tamheer, Trainee will support the L&D team in coordinating and executing training initiatives across the KSA Market.

The role involves assisting with training delivery preparation, organizing virtual and classroom sessions, tracking learners’ progress and attendance, and supporting onboarding and development activities.

The trainee will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations and maintain accurate training records and reports.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration.
