About The Role

This is a hands-on, programme-building role for an experienced L&D professional who thrives on turning strategy into tangible learning experiences.

You will own the design, build, and delivery of Ektis's learning agenda, working closely with HR Team and partnering with leaders across the business.

The right person is equal parts content architect and delivery specialist - someone who can develop structured programmes, build engaging materials, manage multiple workstreams, and bring genuine credibility when working with consulting and professional services professionals.

What You Will Do

  • Own the design and build of Ektis's L&D programmes, translating the framework into structured, practical learning experiences
  • Develop grade-level learning pathways with clear capability expectations and progression milestones
  • Build and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring new joiners are productive, confident, and culturally embedded quickly
  • Design and manage leadership development programmes, including content, facilitation, and follow-through
  • Establish and run the mentorship programme with clear structure, matching logic, and accountability mechanisms
  • Curate and manage the learning model - balancing firm-wide mandatory learning with individual development channels and training budgets
  • Partner with managers to support skill assessments, probation insights, and continuous feedback loops
  • Source and manage external learning vendors and platforms where relevant
  • Track learning engagement, programme effectiveness, and development outcomes and use that data to improve
  • Act as the operational backbone of L&D at Ektis, keeping the agenda moving without needing to be chased

Experience and background

  • 5+ years in an L&D, talent development, or organisational learning role, with demonstrable programme ownership
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment
  • Proven track record of building content and programmes from scratch, not just inheriting and maintaining
  • Experience working in or with organisations across the Middle East; regional cultural awareness is important

Skills And Capabilities

  • Strong instructional design and content development skills - you build things that are clear, relevant, and actually used
  • Comfortable designing for multiple levels simultaneously, from early-career to senior leadership
  • Operationally organised - able to manage a broad programme portfolio with multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Confident facilitator and communicator, able to hold a room with senior professionals
  • Data-aware - uses learning metrics to evaluate impact and iterate
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with strong self-direction and low need for hand-holding

This is not a coordination role or an administrator of an existing programme.

We need someone who builds, challenges, and owns.
