Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver training aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
• Deliver training on workplace conduct, diversity, orientation, leadership, and service.
• Review performance trends with managers, trainers, and team members.
• Assess training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual training records.
• Oversee departmental programs for alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills, and educational assistance.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members.
• Manage training budgets for maximum return on investment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in learning and development or human resources.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• A relevant degree is preferred, including human resources, organizational development, or hospitality management.
• Skills in instructional design, adult learning, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Experience assessing training effectiveness and aligning learning with business goals.
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
