Training & Development

  • Design, implement, and manage the company's Learning & Development strategy.
  • Conduct induction and onboarding programmes for all new joiners.
  • Develop training calendars aligned with business requirements.
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Identify learning needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and management feedback.
  • Develop career development pathways and succession planning initiatives.

Sales Training

  • Deliver structured training programmes for Secondary, Off-Plan, and Property Management teams.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions for new project launches.
  • Improve sales techniques including objection handling, negotiation, prospecting, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Coach underperforming consultants through structured development plans.

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of Mid-Year and Year-End Performance Assessments.
  • Analyse assessment outcomes and recommend individual development plans.
  • Design Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
  • Track employee progress following coaching and development initiatives.

Learning Content Development

  • Develop training manuals, SOPs, e-learning materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
  • Create role-specific competency frameworks across departments.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the company's Learning Management resources.
  • Ensure all training materials remain current with market trends and business objectives.

Compliance & Mandatory Training

  • Coordinate mandatory company training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records and attendance reports.

Coaching & Talent Development

  • Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions with employees.
  • Support managers in developing high-potential employees.
  • Identify future leaders through structured development programmes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Reporting

  • Track training attendance and completion rates.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments and performance improvements.
  • Prepare monthly Learning & Development reports for senior management.
  • Monitor training KPIs and ROI.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Training completion rate.
  • New hire onboarding completion.
  • Employee training satisfaction score.
  • Performance improvement following training.
  • Reduction in Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Sales productivity improvements following training.
  • Training calendar completion.
  • Learning content developed.
  • Coaching sessions completed.
  • Internal promotion rate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Learning & Development certifications are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Learning & Development.
  • Previous experience within Real Estate, Brokerage, or Property Development is highly desirable.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training programmes.
  • Experience facilitating classroom and virtual learning sessions.
