Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related field, with relevant management or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing organization-wide learning and development strategies.
• Strong expertise in training needs analysis, program design, facilitation, training evaluation, and learning effectiveness.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
• Experience managing Forbes training and compliance requirements, preferably within a luxury hospitality or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, employee experience, and service excellence is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities with the ability to influence managers and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using L&D metrics, HR data, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong budget-management and vendor-management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or an equivalent L&D qualification is an advantage.
