The Learning & Development Manager designs and oversees initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and support professional development.
The role works with internal teams to align learning solutions with business priorities and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies and programs.
- Coordinate educational programs and develop training materials and resources.
- Support leadership development and monitor participation and outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Keep learning initiatives relevant and engaging.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify learning needs and develop structured development programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of training, employee development, and learning methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging materials, collaborate across teams, evaluate training effectiveness, and interpret feedback.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms and common workplace tools.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and organizational improvement.
