Key Responsibilities
- Design, curate, and maintain learning pathways for different roles, levels, and functions.
- Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions for diverse global audiences.
- Design learning content and resources in line with adult learning principles, accessibility, inclusion, and practical application.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies and iterate programmes based on participant feedback and business insight.
- Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-develop specialist and functional learning content.
- Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms to ensure quality of provision and value for money.
Role Capabilities
- Apply adult learning principles when designing practical learning content and resources.
- Adapt learning sessions for diverse global audiences.
- Use appropriate methodologies, participant feedback, and business insight to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage learning vendors and platforms.
