Supports Technology learning, capability development, governance awareness, and compliance-awareness initiatives.
Experience and background
- Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Governance, Compliance Awareness, Learning Operations, or Workforce Capability Management.
- Technology or regulated financial-services experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct learning-needs analysis, skills-gap assessments, and capability reviews; recommend development interventions.
- Develop role-based learning pathways, training plans, and capability programmes aligned to Technology workforce requirements.
- Coordinate training, awareness sessions, workshops, assessments, certifications, and learning campaigns.
- Support governance and policy awareness; maintain programme plans, trackers, training records, evidence repositories, and documentation.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation actions, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel; measure participation, completion, certification, effectiveness, and capability outcomes.
- Coordinate with Technology, HR, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and external learning providers, and improve learning and awareness processes.
Required skills
- Experience with learning-needs analysis, skills-gap assessments, capability reviews, and role-based learning recommendations.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder briefings.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, analytical, reporting, organizational, documentation, and evidence-management skills.
- Experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
