Full Job Posting

  • Assists students with accessing and using Learning and Resource Center resources; IT Solutions, issuing Student ID’s, proctoring exams, Laptop Lending Program. Assists Campus Receptionist with answering phone calls.
  • Assists students with the ACCESS Online Bookstore. Tracks textbook intake and pick up and communicates with students on textbook availability and returns.
  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses passive student engagement programs, including interactive displays, contests, and self-guided activities that increase student participation and awareness of campus services. Collaborates with the Learning and Resource Center Manager to implement campus and community programming, build partnerships, and support student success.
  • Supports daily operations by maintaining a clean and organized Panther Shop and inventory space. Completes sales transactions through the POS system.
  • Catalogs, processes, and maintains library materials, including labeling, covering, shelving, inventory management, and overdue-item tracking. Tracks usage data for monthly reports.
