Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Executive to design, implement, and manage training programs across the organization.

The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving productivity, and creating engaging learning content and modules to support professional growth and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage training programs for employees across various functions.
  • Create learning content, training modules, e-learning materials, and productivity tools tailored to team needs.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to ensure programs are effective and aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops, sessions, and on-the-job training for employees at all levels.
