What You ll Do:
Deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training for cleaning & housekeeping staff
Train teams on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
Develop training materials, SOPs, and practical sessions
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards
Assess staff competency and identify skill gaps
Support site mobilizations and continuous improvement initiatives
