Role specifics: Claims Background: Minimum of 5-10+ years adjusting an indemnity desk with litigation Jurisdictional Experience: MD, VA, DC Location: This role is eligible for remote work How you'll make an impact Supervise a small Workers Compensation team. Demonstrate significant claims handling skills and carry an individual case load delivering high quality and efficient service. Participate in adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Manage workloads and motivate performance. Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development. About You As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will: Work in partnership with our workers compensation clients Take responsibility to make decisions Identify and deliver the right resources, at the right time and in the right place.
