About Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT application architecture and solution design for a specific line of business. The lead technical architect will play a key role in creating architectural blueprints, prioritizing work programs, supporting budgeting efforts and defining standards for design and development. You will work closely with stakeholders to review functional and non-functional requirements, manage solution risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget. This role also drives innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, enhances business automation, and contributes to the overall digital strategy to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2-to-3-year Martech Architectural roadmap aligned with broader business goals.
• Design and implement robust, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud-native architectures for personalization, customer data platforms (CDPs), campaign management and marketing automation.
• Lead technical decision-making, championing best practices in areas like microservices, API-led integrations, and event-based architectures.
• Architect integration strategies, leveraging APIs, ETL, and data streaming solutions to connect disparate platforms (internal and external), ensuring clean, consistent, and actionable data flows throughout the MarTech ecosystem
• Act as a primary technical advisor for Martech solutions, mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product and other business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and drive innovative outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, performance improvements, and the integration of emerging Martech technologies to deliver measurable value.

Qualification

Knowledge Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years in architecting and managing Ecommerce / Digital Marketing solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, enterprise architecture, or Martech leadership roles.
• Proven experience working with Adobe Martech products (AEP/CDP, AJO, CJA, Campaign manager).
• Leverage deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, especially around data and unified customer profiles.
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM Cloud Services, Adobe Assets, Dynamic media.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and FinOps.
• Good knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practice.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services on platforms like Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with REST, Web Services, Web application frameworks, webservers, Java/JEE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Experience with web caching solution such as Akamai,
• Hands-on experience in identifying technology opportunities, developing and delivering solutions using modern Agile methodologies.
