Lead Architect – Technical (Multi-Sector Projects)
📍 Dubai, UAE
We are working with a Dubai-based multi-disciplinary firm seeking a Lead Architect – Technical to join their growing team. This is a senior delivery-focused role responsible for leading the technical development and coordination of architectural projects across commercial workplace, hospitality, and residential sectors.
You will take ownership of construction documentation, detailing, BIM coordination, and technical problem-solving, ensuring design intent is fully translated into coordinated and buildable solutions.
Key Requirements
- 8–15+ years architecture experience
- Strong background in technical delivery & construction documentation
- Experience across workplace, hospitality & residential projects
- Revit proficiency is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of detailing, materials, and buildability
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
