Any one of the following certifications: BSMT (ASCP), MLS(ASCP), MLT(ASCP), CLS (NCA), MT(HEW).

B.S. with 3-5 years of Blood Bank experience above a general technician/technologist status.

A.S. 5-8 years experience in Blood Bank.

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • ASCP, SBB , or NCA
