TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer for a contract position in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is crucial for the growth of the CSA department within our client's organization. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in civil and structural engineering to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures, including foundation design.
- Perform hands-on work in modularization, transportation analysis, and lifting analysis.
- Utilize structural modeling and analysis software such as , RISA3D, and SAP2000.
- Manage connection design, vendor drawing review, and interdisciplinary (squad) checking processes.
- Provide technical supervision and management for multidisciplinary engineering teams as a Lead Engineer.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant Civil/Structural engineering experience.
- Valid OSH certification approved by MHRSD.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in structural modeling and analysis software including , RISA3D, and SAP2000.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi codes and regulations, such as SBC and Royal Commission requirements.
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE, UBC, PIP, and Client specifications.
- Experience Profile
- Candidates should possess extensive experience in structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures, with a focus on foundation design. Practical experience in modularization, transportation analysis, and lifting analysis is also required. The role demands proven leadership capabilities, including technical supervision and management of diverse engineering teams.
