Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED • Three years instrumentation experience in a hospital setting required • 1 year of recent work experience in Central Sterile Processing • Certified Central Service Technician certification • 6 months to 1 year in a lead/supervisory capacity • Successful completion of a vocational program for Central Service, preferred • Basic computer knowledge • Knowledge of computerized instrument tracking system(s) preferred • Good interpersonal skills • Good verbal and written communications skills (English) • Self-motivated, able to work independently with little or no supervision • Able to work standing
