The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade access management solutions.

How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Work with the team to analyze, design, develop and maintain complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems, to support Gallagher users and customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce, design and architect and implement recommendations and solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using Object-oriented programming languages (VB.Net, C#)
• Design, Debug, Test, Revise, Refactor and Deploy updates and new functionality.
• Write and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on IAM applications and provide technical support.
• Integrate IAM systems with custom and third-party applications via API’s.
• Identify, analyze and resolve systems design weaknesses, prioritizing troubleshooting efforts and pinpointing resolutions.
• Document and maintain currently developed solutions.
• Other duties as assigned About you Qualifications: 3 to 5 years utilizing established development tools, guidelines and conventions including VB.Net, C#, SQL Server Experience with API Architecture styles (REST/ SOAP /RPC). Excellent troubleshooting and communication/writing skills Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or related field Experience with the Angular Framework Experience with One Identity Manager Experience with Ping Identity Additional Information At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
