Lead - Sourcing & Procurement

Hospitality Sourcing

• Lead sourcing for hotel-specific OS&E, FF&E, guest supplies, amenities, uniforms, back-of-house items, IT, and kitchen equipment.
• Work with brand technical and services teams to finalize specifications and ensure compliance with operator standards.
• Coordinate procurement with the Adani Group Techno-Commercial team.

Procurement Coordination

• Channel requisitions, specifications, vendor lists, and BOQs through the Techno-Commercial team under Group procurement protocols.
• Follow up on RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain adherence to Delegation of Authorities, procurement guidelines, sustainability requirements, and compliance controls.

Pre-Opening Management

• Develop OS&E and FF&E procurement plans for each hotel.
• Map procurement timelines to construction, handover, and operator onboarding milestones.
• Initiate purchasing early and track procurement from specification through delivery and site installation.

Stakeholder Alignment

• Coordinate with Asset Owning Companies on specifications, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
• Collaborate with design, projects, finance, sustainability, technical services, and operator pre-opening teams.

Standardization and Efficiency

• Develop standardized equipment lists, brand-approved vendor lists, specification templates, rate cards, and framework agreements.
• Drive consistency across hospitality assets to reduce cost, improve quality, and streamline operations.

Responsible Sourcing

• Prioritize local sourcing from Indian manufacturers, regional partners, and MSMEs where feasible.
• Promote energy-efficient equipment, recyclable materials, reduced carbon footprint, and ethical vendor practices.
• Evaluate suppliers for environmental and social compliance.

Tracking and Controls

• Maintain procurement dashboards and MIS covering timelines, budgets, vendor performance, and Techno-Commercial team progress.
• Highlight delays, technical gaps, and price impacts and drive mitigation.
• Ensure full documentation and audit readiness for procurement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, CFA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financing projects, debt management, and investor relations.
• Six to ten years of total experience.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or asset-heavy industries is preferred.
• Experience with real estate hospitality segments or international hotel brands is listed as a sector preference.
