Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- The requirements section specifies 8–10 years of overall Pega experience, including 6–8 years of hands-on Pega CDH / Decisioning experience.

Mandatory screening skills
- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) 8.x or later, Next-Best-Action Designer, and the NBA framework.
- Decision strategies, engagement policies, arbitration, propositions, and treatments.
- Adaptive Decision Manager, predictive models, and Decision Strategy Manager.
- Interaction History, Customer Profile, Value Finder, and customer segmentation.
- Real-time and batch decisioning across inbound and outbound channels.
- SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Preferred qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Pega Decisioning Consultant certifications are preferred or may be mandated by the client.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or customer engagement platforms is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Pega decisioning solutions and optimize performance.
- Provide production support for Pega decisioning implementations.
- Support real-time and batch decisioning across inbound and outbound channels.
