Position Overview
We are seeking a **Lead Software Engineer** to spearhead our development team and oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions.
This role requires a highly skilled engineer with strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.
The Lead Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap and mentoring a team of talented developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from concept to deployment.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in fintech, AI, or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
