Role overview

Role responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements; define solution architecture, SAP customization, and integration approaches.
• Design ERP customizations, develop integration workflows, and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience; support security, compliance initiatives, and audits.
• Document customizations, train users, and guide solution development, configuration, deployment, and project delivery.
• Review team solutions, advise clients, track deliverables, contribute to proposals and estimates, and present designs for approval.

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience and a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; progressive specialty experience may substitute for education as stated.
• At least two end-to-end implementations, including one as Lead Solution Consultant; multiple full-lifecycle SAP TM projects with TM-EWM integration.
• Knowledge of life sciences or pharmaceutical processes, GxP and SOX requirements, and work in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to prepare or review requirements documents, functional specifications, solution designs, and project estimates.
• Experience with release governance and an incident management and test execution tool.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Calgary or willing to relocate; travel in Canada may be required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Preferred skills

• Global delivery model experience is an added advantage.
• Preferred attributes include analytical and communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Work may involve sitting and using a computer for extended periods; candidates should communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
