Proven track record delivering business-critical IT systems in a complex, matrixed environment.

Strong understanding of sales operations, retail operations, order management, logistics, S&OP, or commercial transaction systems.

Experience supporting or implementing systems such as OMS, CRM, ERP, TMS, retail operations tools, planning systems, or customer transaction platforms.

Ability to translate business requirements into system capabilities, data flows, integration needs, delivery plans, and support models.

Experience working across commercial business teams, Digital Product, enterprise architecture, data, integration, security, and operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex cross-functional processes into clear system decisions.

Ability to manage vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP activities, solution design, implementation planning, and delivery execution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business and IT leaders.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in IT, commercial systems, business systems analysis, product delivery, or solution delivery; automotive, retail, or DTC experience preferred.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $160,000.00 - $192,500.00

Initial California base salary range= $176,000 - $211,750
