What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

Facility Operations & IFM Program Management

Lead the administration, performance, governance, and continuous improvement of Integrated Facility Management programs across Scout locations, establishing approaches that support company objectives and may impact the broader Administration function.

Steer IFM mobilization, transition planning, service-provider onboarding, operational readiness, and stabilization activities for new and existing facilities.

Establish and maintain facility service standards, governance routines, escalation paths, operating procedures, and performance expectations to support consistent service delivery across the portfolio.

Serve as a senior subject matter expert for facility operations and workplace infrastructure programs, conveying advanced information and providing guidance to internal stakeholders, project teams, and external service providers.

Oversee facility service categories, including building services, maintenance coordination, workplace support, waste and recycling, and other outsourced facility services.

Lead CMMS and work-order governance for facility programs, using service-level, preventive-maintenance, backlog, and performance data to drive operational improvement.

Lead selected facility improvement, space reconfiguration, tenant improvement, and small works initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders and external providers to minimize business disruption.

Partner with Security, IT, HR, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Workplace Services, and site leadership to deliver integrated facility solutions, persuade diverse stakeholders, and support operational readiness.

Vendor & Contract Management

Lead governance and performance management of IFM providers and other external facility service partners.

Develop scopes of work, service-level expectations, performance standards, and key performance indicators for facility contracts and service categories.

Monitor provider performance through established metrics, scorecards, stakeholder feedback, and service reviews, exercising independent judgment to drive corrective action and continuous improvement where expectations are not met.

Lead vendor onboarding, performance reviews, issue resolution, service recovery, and improvement initiatives to maintain reliable and effective facility operations.

Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on sourcing, contract development, renewals, commercial issues, and other activities supporting facility service-provider relationships.

Operational Improvement & Cross-Functional Integration

Drive consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across facility management programs and locations.

Analyze facility performance trends, utilization, service data, stakeholder feedback, and less-defined operational factors to identify opportunities to improve facility utilization, service delivery, operational efficiency, sustainability performance, and employee experience in partnership with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Sustainability, and other stakeholders.

Engage business and site stakeholders to understand operational requirements, evaluate competing priorities and intangibles, and translate them into practical, scalable facility solutions.

Serve as an escalation point for significant facility service issues and disruptions, independently coordinating cross-functional response, stakeholder communication, remediation, and service recovery.

Support emergency response, life safety, business continuity, and other facility-impacting events in partnership with Security, EHS, IT, service providers, and site leadership.

Performance, Financial Management & Compliance

Develop and maintain program reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and operational scorecards to provide visibility into facility service performance and improvement priorities.

Prepare reports, recommendations, and executive-level presentations for leadership reviews, budget discussions, operational assessments, and decision-making.

Manage financial performance for facility programs, including budget monitoring, forecasting inputs, invoice and purchase-order controls, and variance management.

Analyze service costs and vendor spend to identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and future funding requirements, and recommend actions that support company objectives.

Ensure facility programs operate in accordance with company standards, internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain appropriate service records, operating procedures, compliance documentation, and other information necessary to support effective governance and audit readiness.
