Role Description

We are looking for a motivated

Food Service Sales Representative

to grow our presence in the UAE food service market.

The role involves developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and distributors; identifying new business opportunities; conducting customer visits; presenting product solutions; managing sales leads; and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new food service accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Visit customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable date ingredient solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on samples, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Build relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, distributors, and food business owners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in food service, FMCG, hospitality, or B2B sales in the UAE.
  • Good understanding of HORECA and food distribution channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
  • English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
