Role Description
We are looking for a motivated
Food Service Sales Representative
to grow our presence in the UAE food service market.
The role involves developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and distributors; identifying new business opportunities; conducting customer visits; presenting product solutions; managing sales leads; and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new food service accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Visit customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable date ingredient solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on samples, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Build relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, distributors, and food business owners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in food service, FMCG, hospitality, or B2B sales in the UAE.
- Good understanding of HORECA and food distribution channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
