🔹 Job Purpose

To support export sales and trading activities for whole dates by coordinating with international customers, handling quotations, and assisting in commercial negotiations while ensuring smooth execution of export orders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities Sales & Trading Support

• Communicate with international buyers, traders, and importers for inquiries and order discussions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and commercial terms
• Support negotiation processes and coordinate deal execution with customers
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and customer demand patterns

Export Order Management

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and confirm sales orders
• Maintain and update the order book with shipment schedules and order status
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock allocation and readiness
• Manage bulk and seasonal orders efficiently

Export Documentation

• Prepare and coordinate export documents including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin (COO) via Dubai Chamber of Commerce
• Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
• Health Certificate / Export Clearance
• Ensure all documents comply with destination country requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Plan container loading and coordinate dispatch schedules
• Follow up on shipments and update customers regularly
• Ensure timely delivery, especially during peak export seasons

Payments & Customer Coordination

• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with finance team
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates

Sample Coordination

• Arrange and dispatch product samples to international clients
• Maintain tracking and proper documentation of samples

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in export sales / trading / coordination role
• Mandatory exposure to trading environment (importers, traders, commodity markets)
• Experience in dates, dry fruits, or agri commodity trading is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
• Strong communication, negotiation support, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
