- Hiring our Lead Sales Associate to set the standard from day one.
- The Coolrator is a lifestyle concept store curating the labels and designers shaping contemporary fashion trends in Brazil, Latin America and around the world — a tight edit that hasn't existed in Dubai until now.
- You'll set the bar for service, mentor the team, build a community with the people who live and work in DIFC, and lead the shop floor under our General Manager with a direct line to ownership.
- What we offer:
- AED 8,000 fixed monthly — Base 4,000 + Housing 3,300 + Transport 700
- Tiered commission on personal sales: 1.5% up to AED 59k → 2% from 59k–77k → 3% above 77k
- Store performance bonus: AED 500/month when the store hits AED 300k gross
- On-target earnings: AED 11,500 – 13,000+
- Full medical insurance, UAE visa, 30 days paid leave, annual flight, DEWS Plan
- Clear path to grow: Lead Sales Associate → Store Supervisor → Store Manager → Multi-store role as we scale
- We're looking for:
- 5+ years in fashion or lifestyle retail in the UAE, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
- Track record of personal sales numbers and mentoring team members
- Plugged into contemporary fashion and current trends
- Fluent English (Arabic an advantage)
- UAE residency with transferable, dependent or golden visa — priority for our 15 June opening
- Available for our shift pattern: 6 days on, 1 day off, full mall hours
- 3-month probation. 2-round interview (virtual with our GM → in person with ownership).
