About the vacancy:
We are recruiting for an experienced specialist, in this role you will communicate with premium segment customers on B2B products.
Experience
required would be to locate, define interest and understand the needs of the client from the first interaction.
Main responsibilities
- Processing incoming leads and the current database.
- Qualification and initial identification of needs.
- Collecting basic information about the client (local location, jurisdiction, goals, deadlines, budget).
- A short and clear presentation of the Company's services to the client.
- Managing clients in amoCRM online system.
- Monitoring the timely processing of all applications.
- Transfer of the application to the sales department.
- Reporting on the work done.
- Required work experience:
- First-line customer experience (sales, call center in B2B services).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of amoCRM system at the level of a confident user (or similar CRM systems).
- The ability to identify customer needs and handle objections.
- Experience working with B2C clients.
- English language proficiency - C1 level.
- Native language - Russian.

Working hours
\| 09h00 till 18h00
Remote work option is available.
Opportunity to work with international clients from the CIS, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
