Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Project Engineer located in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
The Lead Project Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of natural water feature projects.
Responsibilities
include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The role requires leadership in engineering solutions, problem-solving, and maintaining project quality while adhering to environmental and aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning to manage complex water feature projects from inception to completion.
- Proficient in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering to contribute to the technical design and implementation of sustainable water-related systems.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Organizational and leadership abilities to manage resources, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
