Lead Product Manager

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and define how AI should shape Lattice and its customers.
• Deliver MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand customer workflows with Lattice data.
• Build authentication, agentic execution frameworks, evaluations, and scalable foundations for future integrations.
• Partner with Engineering on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure.
• Translate complex technical constraints into clear product decisions.
• Partner with Partnerships and Product Marketing to launch integrations with measurable customer and ecosystem impact.
• Own outcomes across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.

Required Experience

• At least seven years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces.
• Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem such as marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, or data connectivity.
• Strong technical fluency with integration patterns, data synchronization, field mapping, webhooks, and authentication or OAuth.
• Track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations and launching partner or marketplace initiatives with go-to-market teams.
• Evidence of turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage.
• Clear communication, strong partner alignment, bias for action, and ability to create structure in ambiguity.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling is helpful but not required.
• Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS or HR, people-data, or other sensitive-data workflows is helpful.

Location Requirement

• This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada.
• Lattice can currently hire employees residing in these provinces.

Compensation

• The estimated annual cash salary is CAD 135,000 to CAD 180,000.
• The position is also eligible for incentive stock options under applicable company plans.
