Role Overview

The Lead Product Manager will join the global Lodging Distribution team and own product strategy for a B2B hotel distribution platform.

The team delivers high-scale APIs and AI-enabled tools to global travel agencies and connects suppliers with advertisers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product strategy to scale lodging AI systems and onboard global travel agencies.
  • Launch a media product by designing pricing and inventory controls.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize requirements and manage backlogs.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders on go-to-market strategies that create customer value.
  • Use Large Language Models to build agentic AI workflows that automate intent interpretation.
  • Guide engineering teams and launch next-generation workflows.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 6 years of experience building B2B platforms within travel technology or Software-as-a-Service.
  • Proven success managing high-scale APIs and distributed systems.
  • Strong background in product monetization, pricing strategies, and global customer discovery.
  • Ability to provide technical direction and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Practical experience using machine learning or generative AI to improve booking conversion rates.
