Understand customer needs during first-time registration and account access.

Partner with a cross-functional team to solve customer pain points and drive strategy and growth through data-driven insights.

Balance deterring bad actors with a good experience for legitimate users.

Work across a horizontal team and collaborate with Onboarding, Fincrime, Finance, and Product domains.

What you’ll be doing

  • Derive insights that inform product decisions and improve onboarding and account access for new and existing customers.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers across product development to build and iterate on changes.
  • Evaluate high-impact opportunities and advocate for effective alternatives.
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
  • Define and report KPIs to track progress and communicate outcomes beyond the team.
  • Collaborate across functions to prioritize AI-driven automation and insight generation.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong quantitative and hands-on data analysis skills, advanced SQL, and experience with data pipelines.
  • Strong communication and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, and Python or R.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable product insights, solve problems creatively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve analytics and find insights.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of fraud and authentication.

Compensation

  • The listed salary range is £75,000–£115,000; no pay cadence is specified.
  • Company Restricted Stock Units are offered.
