Join Rambus’s Memory Controller IP team in Bangalore, India, conducting pre-silicon RTL verification for Memory Controller SoftIP.

The role is full time and reports to the local onsite manager of India Memory Controller Verification.
Work arrangement
- Rambus describes a hybrid approach for most office-based roles, averaging at least three onsite days and allowing two remote days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop testbenches and test sequences for new controller technologies and features.
- Plan functional coverage, code coverage items, and test-suite augmentation.
- Develop and monitor regressions; debug and triage failures; correct test environments and sequences; debug controller RTL.
- Develop and support verification-environment scripting and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of HDL logic design-verification experience.
- SystemVerilog testbench and Verilog/SystemVerilog logic design or RTL fluency are required.
- DDR DRAM familiarity is strongly preferred; Python and TCL scripting experience are preferred.
