Role overview
Lead the low-current engineering team and act as the technical authority for LC scope from design through commissioning.
The role supports large-scale, data center, mission-critical, and high-tech facility projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of ELV and low-current systems.
- Set LC design standards, specifications, and the technical basis of design.
- Coordinate LC scope with electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural teams.
- Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, and system integration architecture.
- Ensure interoperability and integration of all LC subsystems.
- Support constructability, value engineering, and design optimization.
- Guide and mentor LC engineers and designers.
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
Qualifications and experience
- Hold a degree in Electronics, Electrical, ICT, or a related discipline.
- Have proven experience leading low-current or ELV design and integration on large-scale projects.
- Have experience as a Lead or Senior LC or ELV Engineer.
- Have experience leading design teams and integrating multiple subsystems.
- Have a background in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities.
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of security, fire, BMS, ICT, and AV ELV systems.
- Expertise in systems integration and structured cabling.
- Understanding of standards, protocols, and QA/QC processes.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Soft skills
- Demonstrate technical leadership and mentoring ability.
- Demonstrate coordination, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
