Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Lead - Legal
to join our team
at Sharjah, UAE.
This role is primarily focused on understanding the business of the company and involve in engaging with internal stakeholders on drafting / discussions on EPC contracts , supply contracts , agreements like Consortium , JV Agreements to conducting critical legal risk assessments for project biddings and other related legal documents.
Contract Drafting & Review
1.
Draft, review all agreements / contracts , EPC Contracts , Supply Contracts vendor contracts, MOUs, NDAs, Consortium Agreements, JV Agreements and other legal documents.
2.
Assist in managing disputes, claims, and litigation with external counsel if required.
3.
Risk review of prospective project bidding
Policy & Documentation
1.
Draft and maintain int ernal legal policies, guidelines, and templates.
2.
Maintain proper documentation of all legal matters and contracts.
Collaboration & Support
1.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SCM, Finance, Projects bidding , HR and other internal and external stakeholders
Education & Experience
- LLB
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, labor laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
