• This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases.
• This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production.
• The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, \~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.
• Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq.
• The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.

Job Purpose

• Be very strong technically in all main topics covered within the project (main instruments, ICSS…)
• Have field experience in upstream oil and gas production facilities
• Be pro-active
• Be decision making on critical technical topics providing solutions
• Be good in communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Qualifications

Expected

• Degree qualification in Instrument Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years proven capability in an engineering design company.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Instrument and Controls engineering design and analysis.
• Familiar with the typical software packages that are used for Instrument and Controls engineering design.
• Experience of the application of HAZOP, HAZID and SIL Rating to Instrument and Controls design.
• Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English language.
