Lead Installer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in window/door installation, finish carpentry, construction, or comparable skilled trade work.
• Ability to accurately read work orders, measurements, specifications, and installation instructions.
• Ability to safely operate required hand and power tools and installation equipment.
• Strong customer-service, communication, problem-solving, and onsite leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company Fleet Safety Policy requirements.
• Physical and Work Requirements
• This position regularly involves standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, repetitive hand movements, and use of hand and power tools. Work may involve handling products, materials, and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, using team lifting or mechanical assistance when appropriate.
• Work is performed at residential and commercial jobsites and may include ladders, scaffolding, lifts, elevated work areas, outdoor conditions, and varying weather. Local travel is required, and occasional overnight travel may be necessary. Work schedules may vary based on project and business needs.
