Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home.

The specialist will identify and qualify new leads, build and maintain prospect lists, and support the sales team with accurate, up-to-date lead information.

Daily tasks include researching target markets, gathering contact data, initiating outreach via email, phone, or online channels, and tracking responses in CRM or lead management tools.

The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing to refine lead criteria, prepare basic sales reports, and ensure that potential customers are engaged in a timely and professional manner.

The specialist is expected to maintain clear documentation of activities and follow established processes to maximize lead conversion.

• Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, present value propositions, and support conversion efforts.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze markets, gather accurate data, and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM or lead management software and proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors, especially textile machinery, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
