Analytics Assistant

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, and validation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and basic visualizations, and help stakeholders interpret trends and performance metrics.
• Organize datasets, document methodologies, coordinate with engineering and operations teams, and maintain accurate analysis records.
• Contribute data-driven insights to process improvement and present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, data organization, and descriptive statistics.
• Create clear tables, charts, and summary reports for operational and management use.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential process improvements.
• Comfort with technical information related to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations; textile or machinery experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to explain findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Able to manage tasks independently and collaborate in person in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant education in analytics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field; ongoing studies are acceptable.
• Attention to detail, reliability with sensitive data, and commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility and in-person collaboration in Abu Dhabi Emirate as needed.
