Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of software engineers.
• Create applications and solutions for dynamic business needs.
• Develop full stack applications.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to provide and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of distributed application development using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Spring, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and/or Azure.
• Hands-on full stack development building scalable solutions and integrating external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with architecture, data modeling, security, and performance optimization best practices.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure/AWS DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Functions, AKS, ASE, and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with MACH architecture, cloud-first infrastructure, Veracode, and security best practices.
• Experience building microservices and using messaging or integration technologies such as MQ.
• WebSphere Application Server experience.
• Experience with Helm charts, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB.

Location Expectation

• This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Compensation

• Expected salary is USD 120,000 to USD 165,000 yearly.
• The role may be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives.
