Requirements

• Required:
• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Four (4) years' customer service experience
• Two (2) years' experience working in a professional office environment
• Experience serving as a resource to others and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities
• Experience leading/mentoring others
• Preferred:
• Associate degree in a medical related, or other applicable field
• Two (2) years' experience working in a professional medical office experience
• Previous experience directly supervising others
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Working knowledge of medical insurance terminology
• Bilingual
