  • Proven track record of delivering complex, large‐scale software products on schedule and within scope.
  • Strong architectural background with deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high‐performing, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.
  • Experience managing multi‐disciplinary Agile teams across geographies.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills and a data‐driven decision‐making mindset.
  • Familiarity with modern tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and observability stacks.
  • Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their business relevance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
