Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR policies suited to a small, remote team.
• Set up onboarding and off-boarding SOPs so that every new joiner and every leaver has a smooth, consistent experience.
• Source amazing talent: own candidate sourcing across channels, build talent pipelines and drive hiring end to end.
• Coordinate interviews and selection with the founders and team leads.
• Keep employee records, documentation and HR processes organised.
• What We Are Looking For
• Hands-on exposure to HR operations and hiring.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• High ownership: able to run the HR function independently in a remote setup.
• Organised, process-driven and good with people.
